Our Air Service Fee includes comprehensive flight research, itinerary coordination, and ongoing management of your air travel. We evaluate optimal routings, hold preferred flights for confirmation, and manage all airline details, including seat assignments, frequent flyer information, and schedule updates. We are also able to assist with private air arrangements when requested.
Pricing Structure:
- 10% of the ticket cost per person (maximum $100 per ticket)
- Minimum $25 per ticket
- Air research only (if booked independently): starting at $50
Fees may vary for more complex itineraries or specialized air arrangements and will be confirmed prior to ticketing.
All Air Service Fees are non-refundable.
