Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 15, 2026

By accessing or using this website and/or by checking the box that indicates “I agree to the Terms and Conditions,” you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

1. Our Role as Agent for Travel Suppliers

We act solely as a sales agent for airlines, hotels, car rental companies, tour operators, cruise lines, and other third-party service providers (collectively, “Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control Suppliers and are not responsible for their acts or omissions. You agree not to hold us liable if a Supplier (a) fails to provide travel services, (b) fails to comply with applicable law, (c) causes injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience, (d) changes or modifies any portion of an itinerary (including airline, routing, ports of call, or scheduling), or (e) fails to honor future travel credits. We do not guarantee the financial condition of any Supplier and have no liability for a Supplier’s insolvency, bankruptcy, or cessation of operations.

  • In General: We have no special knowledge regarding unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which Client may travel, and we have no special knowledge of the suitability for disabled persons of any portion of Client’s trip. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, we recommend reviewing the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department Website. For medical information, we recommend contacting the Centers for Disease Control travel guidance. Client assumes full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of Client’s destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). CLIENT HEREBY RELEASES US FROM ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF ANY PROBLEM COVERED IN THIS PARAGRAPH.
  • COVID Risks of Travel: Client agrees that it is Client’s personal decision to travel, and Client is doing so with full knowledge of current travel recommendations and travel restrictions with regard to the risks of COVID-19. We have no responsibility for COVID-19-related requirements that travel suppliers and governments may impose from time to time, such as health affidavit forms, health screenings prior to departure or upon arrival, face coverings, or quarantines. By traveling during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Client acknowledges the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. CLIENT HEREBY RELEASES US FROM ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF ANY PROBLEM COVERED IN THIS PARAGRAPH.

2. Supplier Terms (Cancellations, Changes, and Penalties)

Suppliers have their own terms and conditions (including cancellation penalties, change fees, and other restrictions). You may be bound by Supplier terms whether or not you receive a copy. Discounted fares and promotional rates often carry additional restrictions. Any cancellation, change, or modification to reservations may result in penalties, including loss of deposits and/or no refunds.

  • Payments & Cancellation

Final payment is due prior to departure according to each supplier’s (airline, hotel, cruiseline, transfer company, sightseeing operators, and other travel vendors) terms and conditions involved in your travel booking.  If final and full payment ( as required) is not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancellation and deposits shall be forfeited.  In some cases there is no refund once a booking is made and paid for..  Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans is limited.  All cancellation requests must be made and sent to Court Travel in writing.

  • No Refund for Unused Arrangements

Many suppliers enforce no refund for any unused portions of a travel booking.  Some tours are based on a minimum number of passengers traveling,  if the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, the tour may be cancelled or repriced (in the event of custom arrangements.    Cruise cabin occupancy is based on two persons, re-pricing for single occupancy may be required.

  • Alterations to Confirmed Bookings

If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during your trip, we will attempt to assist you, but cannot be held responsible for any alterations in pricing as imposed by the supplier.

For itinerary review and check-in guidance, see Section 3.

3. Travel Documents (Passports, Visas, IDs, and Entry Requirements)

You are solely responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents and meeting all entry, exit, and transit requirements, including passports, visas (or electronic travel authorizations), health/vaccination documentation, and government-issued identification. For international air reservations, passport copies may be required to book and confirm tickets. Names and dates of birth on tickets and reservations must match identification exactly. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding, denied entry, delays, or additional costs, for which you are responsible.

  • Itinerary and check-in: As soon as you receive your booked itinerary, check it thoroughly to make sure all details are correct (including name spelling, members of your travel party, dates, times, fares, and rates) and notify us promptly of any corrections required.
  • Flight check-in: Read all instructions carefully and use your airline’s app or alerts so you are aware of schedule and gate changes. Give yourself extra time: arrive 3 hours early for international flights and 2 hours early for domestic flights.
  • Reconfirmation: Schedule changes are common—re-check exact flight times prior to departure and again prior to your return.

TSA ID and REAL ID (U.S. domestic flights): Beginning May 7, 2025, air travelers age 18 and older must present a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license, a state-issued enhanced driver’s license, or another TSA-acceptable form of identification to fly within the United States. If you are unsure whether your ID is REAL ID-compliant, check with your state’s Department of Motor Vehicles and review TSA identification requirements before travel.

Passports: Many destinations require that your passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your return date and that you have sufficient blank visa/stamp pages. Requirements vary by country and airline, and some airlines may deny boarding if these requirements are not met.

Secure Flight information: Airlines are required to collect certain traveler information (including full name, date of birth, and gender) under the Transportation Security Administration’s Secure Flight program. If required information is not provided or does not match your identification, you may be denied boarding. Court Travel Ltd takes reasonable steps to safeguard personal data collected from clients.

Visas, electronic travel authorizations, and entry decisions: Visa and entry requirements can change, sometimes with little notice. Some destinations may require an electronic travel authorization (for example, the United Kingdom has introduced new electronic authorization requirements for certain travelers). Even when a visa or authorization is issued, admission is always determined by local immigration authorities. The United Kingdom (like Canada and other countries) may deny entry based on its laws and border policies, including for certain convictions, documentation issues, or other factors. If a visa/authorization is not issued or entry is denied, we are not responsible for any resulting losses or nonrefundable payments.

Travel to or through Canada: Canada (and other countries) may deny entry based on certain convictions (including DWI) or other factors, and may offer waivers in some circumstances. Court Travel Ltd believes it is an invasion of privacy to inquire into a client’s criminal history. Therefore, it is the passengers responsibility to advise if factors are a concern when planning your trip.  The final decision on entry rests with the border/immigration officer.

4. Risks of Travel (Health, Safety, and Events Outside Our Control)

Travel involves inherent risks and conditions outside our control, including weather, natural disasters, acts of government, political unrest, labor disputes, public health events (including COVID-19 and other communicable diseases), and the actions of Suppliers and third parties. You are responsible for staying informed about current conditions, restrictions, and recommendations applicable to your itinerary. By choosing to travel, you voluntarily assume these risks and release us from claims arising from such conditions to the maximum extent permitted by law.

  • Minors traveling: Minors may require additional documentation (such as notarized consent letters) to travel internationally or with only one parent/guardian.
  • Insecticide notice: Some countries require airlines to treat cabins with insecticides on certain routes. If this is a concern, you should review applicable requirements before travel.

5. Special Requests, Health Considerations, and Traveler Conduct

  • Special requests & food allergies: Please note special meal requests and food allergies in your registration and client information forms. Court Travel Ltd cannot be responsible if special requests are not met, but we will pass them on to airlines, hotels, restaurants, and other Suppliers. If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, carry any necessary medications with you at all times. We also recommend carrying a list of your food allergies written in the language of the country where you will be dining and presenting it to food service staff. Discuss your needs with travel and tour personnel and ask wait staff about the foods you are served.
  • Mobility concerns and physical limitations: Sightseeing on tours almost always includes walking. Visits to historical places may require climbing stairs and walking on uneven surfaces or cobblestones. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) applies only within the United States, and accessibility accommodations may be limited outside its borders. Travelers who need assistance must travel with a qualified and physically able companion. Motorized scooters may be unsuitable for many trips, and transportation services (including many tour motor coaches) may not be equipped with wheelchair ramps. Tour personnel are not able to provide attendant or personal-care services. Consult your physician if you have concerns about your ability to participate.
  • Traveler conduct: If your behavior prevents a Supplier from providing contracted services, you remain responsible for costs and we are not liable for refunds.

6. Payments and Credit Cards

We encourage using a credit card for travel purchases. If we process payments as the merchant of record, our role may include advising, facilitating the sale, collecting funds, and remitting funds to Suppliers. If a Supplier fails to provide services, your remedies may be against the Supplier.  You agree not to initiate a chargeback against us for Supplier non-performance to the extent permitted by applicable law. A signed consent form will be provided. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for amounts you approve in writing (including deposits, final payments, fees, and approved post-purchase adjustments).

7. Travel Insurance

Court Travel Ltd strongly recommends that you purchase travel protection/insurance. Travel insurance is not automatically included in the cost of an itinerary and must be purchased separately. Policies vary by provider and may help protect against certain risks, which can include Supplier default or bankruptcy, delays, trip interruption, trip cancellation, emergency medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation/repatriation, baggage loss, baggage delay, and travel assistance (coverage varies by policy). Premiums, coverages, exclusions, and deductibles differ—please read your policy carefully. If you decline travel insurance, you may be required to sign an insurance declination form. Questions about coverage should be directed to the insurance provider, as the provider has final authority over claim eligibility and benefits.

Court Travel Ltd can provide access to our preferred travel insurance providers, Allianz and Travelex, for you to review coverage and policy options.

8. Fees, Pricing, and Changes

Fees for our professional services (if any) will be disclosed to you in advance. Unless stated otherwise in writing, our service fees are nonrefundable. Supplier pricing and availability are not guaranteed until payment is processed by the Supplier and confirmations are issued. Prices may change due to Supplier adjustments, government-imposed taxes/fees, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or other factors. Where permitted and applicable, you authorize us to charge approved post-purchase price increases to your payment method.

9. Service Fees and Authorization Requirements (Fee Structure)

Court Travel Ltd advisors provide customized travel planning and, therefore, may charge professional service fees for time and expertise. Fees are based on the complexity and length of the trip and will be clearly outlined to you after an initial complimentary exploratory conversation. Outlined fees are charged only if you choose to move forward with travel planning. Unless stated otherwise in writing, our service fees are nonrefundable.

You understand the following policies apply:

  • We will outline applicable fees after the complimentary exploratory conversation and prior to beginning travel planning.
  • We will not proceed with travel planning or process reservations without your signed credit card authorization form (required).
  • Travel service fees are charged once the credit card authorization form is submitted and planning commences (as disclosed in advance).
  • Ticketing fees are invoiced by Court Travel Ltd at issuance.
  • Invoices not paid prior to travel may be charged to the credit card on file, to the extent permitted by law and your authorization.
  • Availability and price are subject to change and are not guaranteed until payment is made and confirmations are issued.
  • Additional fees may be charged to you by Suppliers and/or airlines for cancellations or changes; Court Travel Ltd assumes no liability for Supplier cancellation fees or nonrefundable trip costs.
  • Price quotes apply only to the date and time they are requested. Quotes in a foreign currency are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and international credit card issuer fees.
  • Overnight shipping fees for documents (if requested/required) are billed to you.
  • If travel arrangements are cancelled or postponed by a Supplier due to a pandemic or any other reason, we may assist with refunds or alternate arrangements if available; additional service fees may apply, and we will discuss them with you in advance.
  • If a Supplier drops the price after booking, we may assist with repricing or rebooking if the Supplier permits; additional service fees may apply. We do not guarantee refunds or successful repricing/rebooking.
  • Travel service fees are charged once the credit card authorization form is submitted and planning commences (as disclosed in advance).
