At this stage, we also review our Professional Trip Management Fee, which is applied once you choose to move forward and we begin the planning process.

Service Fees
Our nonrefundable professional fees ensure we can provide the thoughtful planning, expert guidance, and personalized attention necessary to craft seamless, memorable journeys.
Please note that airline and rail ticketing are offered exclusively as part of our full-service planning and are not available as standalone services. These ticketing fees are separate from and in addition to the trip management fee.
